• To verify your identity via OTP (One-Time Password) to prevent fraud.
• To send you important notifications regarding your appointments (e.g., 'Your Booking info').

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Tenants: When you make a booking, we share your Name and Phone Number with the specific Tenant (Business) so they can manage your appointment.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Platform (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting, Razorpay for payments, Email/SMS providers).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes encryption of data in transit and secure storage practices.

• Request deletion of your account and personal data ('Right to be Forgotten'). You can initiate this request by contacting support.
• You can delete your account yourself as well at anytime by navigating to your Profile page and clicking the 'Delete Account' button but deleting account action is irreversible, you will lose all your data.

Business Profiles: If you register as a Tenant, the information related to your business (Name, Address, Service Menu, Photos) is considered public information. We display this data to help customers find and book your services. This data is indexed by search engines.

User Profiles: Your personal user profile (Phone number, Email, Saved Addresses, Booking History) is private and is never exposed to the public or search engines. It is only visible to you and to the specific Tenants you book with (for the purpose of fulfilling the service).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.

9. Google AdSense and Cookies

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google ads will only be displayed to users who are on free plan users with paid plan can use site without ads.
